Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means that we must be contacted within 3 days of delivery of your package if you intend to return your purchase. You have 5 calendar days from receipt of your fully insured return label to return the item for any reason.


Return QR codes are sent via email. If Roc Diamonds is not contacted within 3 days, and/or we do not receive the items within 5 calendar days from receipt of return label, no refund will be issued. You must contact us immediately once you receive your package to notify us of any problems regarding the condition of the piece.
Please note that orders cancelled prior to shipment will not be refunded for credit card processing fees incurred at the rate of 3%.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received it including all of the original packaging. No items will be accepted for return if it is damaged, worn, or altered. Please contact us at 305-350-5059 to arrange for your return or email us at rocdiamonds136@gmail.com.

We will provide you with a return QR code and detailed instructions for your return via FedEx. Once the item is received by us, we will verify the condition of the item and issue a refund within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us at the number provided.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
