Beautiful 14k yellow gold commemorative pin crafted by Tiffany & Co. The pendant is decorated with a vibrant blue enamel with golden colored stars. The design centers around a representation of a footprint on the moon with a facsimile of Buzz Aldrin’s signature. The reverse of the pin shows the inscription "One giant stride for mankind" "Illinois Masonic Medical Center Commemorating the W. Clement Stone Pavilion and the First Moon Landing 1969” Numbered 41.
